Magazine Spread
This magazine layout, designed in InDesign, features typography that beautifully complements the serene, snow-covered landscape. The body copy is set in 50% black, allowing the stunning photography to take center stage without visual competition.
Name Tags & Lanyards
These name tags are worn by board members at our community events, making it easy for participants to identify the event "staff." This not only helps with organization but also encourages attendees to ask about the neighborhood or learn more about volunteering. I designed the tags with a clean, easy-to-read layout, featuring our neighborhood logo and color on bright orange lanyards for visibility. The back includes a QR code for quick access to our website, providing a seamless way for residents to get involved.
Each new homeowner in the neighborhood receives a welcome packet from the Foxridge Improvement Association. I transformed two key pieces from a basic Word document into beautifully designed pages, using a combination of Illustrator and InDesign. The redesigned pages are visually inviting, with a clean layout and an easy-to-read footer that highlights the most important contact information for the organization.
